Caper Bush
Capparis Spinosa

CaperBush grows wild in the Mediterranean region. The capers, unopened flower buds pickled in wine vinegar, are difficult to gather, due to the prickly nature of the plant. Grown as an annual or greenhouse subject in the North. The large, dramatic, white- yellowish flowers tempt the grower, by their sheer beauty, to forgo the capers. Good drainage, dry soil.
