Parsley
Curled Parsley
Petroselinum crispum

Curled Parsley - This form of parsley is preferred as a garnish and is widely used in cooking. Finely cut, tight, curly leaves may be harvested when 6"-8" high. In Greek times, parsley was associated with death and funerals and not regarded as food until Roman times. Use fresh or blend leaves with small amounts of water and freeze in ice cube trays.
